Hi I’m Mel 〰️

My love for beauty began at a young age, often trying different hairstyles on myself and my friends, turning living rooms into mini salons.

Although you’ll find me rocking a sleek bun these days, I used to be platinum blonde when I was younger, and trust me, I’ve been through it all, including the chunky highlights that made me want to cry every time I looked in the mirror, BUT, it’s that frustration that sparked my obsession to get the perfect blondes and seamless blends.

I started my career in a different field, but I felt a constant pull towards the world of hair and beauty, which then led me to get into the industry at the age of 20.

I did my apprenticeship within a Dessange Paris, hair and beauty salon, in Toulouse (south of France) where I’m originally from. Renowned for their Californian balayage, I was lucky to be trained by two incredible blonde specialists, Amandine and Andrea, who shaped the way I work today, with detail, technique, and a love for all things blonde.

I’m driven by transformations. I love doing blondes, but I also love doing nails, brows, and lashes, and nothing excites me more than having someone leave my chair looking and feeling completely renewed.
