We don’t charge a ‘booking fee’ but we do charge a deposit in order to secure your appointment. The deposit is 50% of the service booked.

We can give you an estimation via email. You will need to explain in a few words what you would like to achieve, supported by 3 or more pictures for inspiration. You will also need to include recent pictures of your hair showing a view from above, front, back and side (try to take your picture in natural daylight, avoid flash, and use a white or beige backdrop if possible). The final price will be given during the consultation.

It’s best to wear a top with neutral colours like beige, white or black. If you are a new client having a colour service done with us, you will need to return our consultation form at least 48 hours prior to coming to your appointment.
If you are having a makeup application done, we kindly ask that you arrive with your face free of makeup and freshly washed. We recommend using a gentle cleanser and applying a light-weight moisturiser.

Yes, you can cancel your appointment, but please note that deposits are non-refundable and non- transferrable. If you notify us more than 48 hours in advance, we are more than happy to keep your deposit on file for any future booking with us.

Yes, you can reschedule or change your appointment by logging in to your account at least 48 hours before your appointment. After this time, you will not be able to make any changes to your booking.

Yes! When booking your appointment through PayPal, if your deposit is over $30 you can choose to pay in 4 interest-free instalments (subject to eligibility) and the remaining balance can also be paid in another 4 interest-free instalments after your appointment.

We do not have a strict cellphone policy, but we kindly ask you to be respectful of others and avoid loud conversations over the phone across the salon.

You should not bring guests to your appointment unless necessary or if you have a newborn.
